Sindh Basic Education Program's Monitoring & Evaluation department collects data about ongoing activities in the targeted districts of Sindh. The component has been developed to ensure the rapid and efficient implementation of activities. 

The success of different variables (community involvement, commitment of local authorities to reforms etc) will be tracked and the valuable lessons to be learned through Sindh Basic Education Program will be derived through the M&E. 

M&E regularly conducts field monitoring visits of the program and compiles program data from all components monthly, quarterly and annually. The reports include Monthly Progress Report (MPR) a qualitative & quantitative narration. The M&E team regularly attends program progress review meetings and extends input with regard to ongoing achievements and future planning.
